Help with ebay dispute please!!?
I purchased a coach handbag off of ebay over 2 weeks ago. The seller wrote “Authentic” in the description.. but she also wrote “All sales are final”… When I recieved this bag I took it to a Coach store and they said that it is not authentic… Do you know if I would be entitled to a refund since she lied in the description?? She also stated “Excellent used condition” and the bag had 2 red stains on it. She refused to refund me so i had to file a claim through paypal.. just wondering what the outcome might be..

Your best bet is to do what you’ve done so far, and that’s to file with paypal.
You can file a “SNAD” (significantly not as described) with ebay. Based on it NOT being an authentic handbag..that alone will win it and probably get your shipping refunded as well. BUT…ebay will probably ask for a third party opinion. 
I know, because I had some idiot ebayer send a broken peice of machinery, and ebay asked for an third party opinion. The opinion/aprasial cost more than what I would receive back via ebay.
Although I agree with you about the stains…
Everyone’s opinion of “excellent used condition” is different.
I’d send her one more email asking to “please refund my money. The item I received is not the item you described”. Be nice and professional. If all else fails, do the SNAD.

Coach recognized the need for change and responded dramatically with its introduction of the first signature line of bags with the letter “C” print and a mixture of fabric and leather. This style was an immediate hit and Coach knew a winner when it saw one! Strong revenue growth began with Coach’s sales growing from 12% in 2001 to 20% in 2002. Coach will continue to grown in sales with it’s introduction of the new “Scribble” pattern, the “Scarf” pattern, and my personal favorite, the “Ladybug Applique” pattern.
