Oh my god. I almost puked…… because I am so IN LOVE! The Coach one is amaazzzing <3 I usually like Dooney & Bourke.. but I'm not into patent leather. I really hope you're talking about the new tribeca tote, because that one is awesome! That one is much more sophisticated.

Is carrying a large, pink, Coach bag in the hand while wearing an Army uniform not authorized?
I know that it is in AR 670-1 and I have read what it says about handbags, purses, and other bags. The regulation gives some options for purses in different uniforms but it never straight out says that any other purses not described is unauthorized. Please help! I need others’ opinion on this matter. What is your interpretation of the regulation? By the way, “Coach” is a company that makes designer bags and purses.
I use the bag to carry files around in. So at work it serves as a briefcase. Any color briefcase can be carried in the hand. Is the type of bag based on it’s style or it’s function? By the way, I don’t appreciate negative comments about the bag itself. These comments are irrelevant to my question. I am looking for answers that pertain to the regulation. Thank you for the answers that do.
AR 670-1 is not going to spell out what is “not” authorized as it spells out what “is” authorized. Anything past that and you are in violation of the Reg.
