i guess that the higher it is, the best chance i wont get scammed..

they probably are fakes–at least with ebay-if you bid on a authentic-and end up with a fake–you can file a claim/report against the seller.
I have never heard of ioffer.com–and I am kind of up to date with auction/selling sites.
