Is it possible to view the Confederate relief at Stone Mountain without having to pay park admission?
There is no park entrance pricing, it’s only for the attractions and the Confederate Relief is not listed as an attraction so you should be able to see it without paying.
But you can take this Sky Lift thing and get a close up as you pass it (sounds pretty cool for $10, ha):
