Have you ever had to send in a Coach purse for repairs?
my bf got me a beautiful Coach hobo purse last christmas and i still love the purse but the strap is becoming frayed, i went to the Coach store and the saleslady told me to just bring it in and they would send it for repair and if it cant be repaired then i’d get a credit. has anyone out there sent in a Coach purse for repairs? how did it look when it was returned?
the purse is real!!!! we went to the Coach store together and got it.
yes, i had to get my legacy satchel fixed because the turnlock was loose and they couldnt fix it so i got the credit. it takes about 2 weeks to get either a call from coach, the letter saying you got credit, or to get the bag back.
they also charge your 20.00 to fix it (apparently its just the shipping).

I found a bag a while ago in EXPRESS and I loved it. When I went back to buy it, they were no longer selling it. I’ve tried eBay and Amazon, but they don’t have it. I was wondering if anyone knows of another place where they sell purses that are no longer in stores?
