Am going out for my Birthday on Saturday and have decided on wearing some short black city shorts and black matte leather stilletos – but what sort of tops are in fashion?? Haven’t been out in ages so not sure what the latest fashion is! Can’t afford a fortune and would appreciate links! I’m 27 by the way…
